Providing our Warfighters with the right mix of cultural and real world scenario training has become one of the keys to success in current Overseas Contingency Operations.
With expert input from its network of cultural advisors from various areas of the globe, TCS has developed, from the ground-up, various training programs and curricula [see categories below] to support a number of military and non-military customers as they prepare to deploy.
With years of experience with the members of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), TCS recruits foreign language speakers (FLSs) with specialized backgrounds (security, law enforcement, medical, military, etc.) for specific training courses and to deliver, time and again, numerous amounts of highly skilled personnel who have been pre-screened or vetted for required clearances.
In addition, we have the ability to locate, acquire, and move specified amounts of equipment to secure or remote locations to aid in the training missions for hundreds of personnel each year. TCS has been ahead of delivery expectation in its delivery of numerous products; and prides itself on the reputation this time effective management style has produced either across the country or overseas.
For all its cultural awareness programs across the US, TCS has continually provided superior management for multiple courses per year over the last five years without a single negative period of support or review.
MASS PROTEST SIMULATIONS (MPS) – TCS’s experienced managers possess diverse backgrounds based on practical, as well as academic achievements and successes. The expertise of our team spans from experienced military operators to academia professionals who have the knowledge, experience & awareness needed to provide realistic cultural and political background recreation.
FOREIGN INSURGENT TEAMS (FIT) – TCS understands the threats of today and tomorrow come from inconspicuous tightly knit cell organizations and not conventional regimented fighting forces. In order to assist in familiarization with unconventional fighters, TCS provides realistic opposition fighters to portray local and regional belligerents. These FIT teams are raw instructional elements prepared to portray and simulate insurgent & unconventional threats in the field.
LEADERSHIP TRAINING PROGRAM (LTP) – Our LTP program comprises one of our most distinctive and dynamic strategies in combat development support. This program provides military leadership a first glance into the barriers in a foreign environment. It provides the leader the ability to receive culturally accurate information, as well as offer insight into the leadership perspectives of cultural awareness in a global combat environment. The LTP program is extremely vital for it explores and analyzes the local targeted area including such facets as: ethnic backgrounds, languages, and religious beliefs; tribe, clan, sub clan loyalties, as well as holiday, historical, and religious observances practiced by the given local populace. TCS firmly believes that the customer is entitled to the benefit of understanding the culture they are preparing to engage. Specifically, understanding what makes people tick, what comprises their organization, where authority lies, and what distinguishes them from others in terms of their values and their way of doing business.
MISSION SPECIFIC REPLICATION (MSR) – TCS prides itself in being able to produce authentic recreations of foreign environments, both hostile and friendly. The MSR program offers an introspective look into a spectrum of cultures, lifestyles, and foreign traditional habits. Depending on the goals and objectives of the customer missions and personnel can be modified to fit and meet the needs of each individual client. Missions can be customized in various ways, to include: raising/lowering the degree of overall town hostility, providing friendly/aggressive protests, and a variety of other physical, psychological, and cultural aids or obstacles. |
