CAT I Linguistic Role Player I
Our CAT I Linguistic Role Player I occupies villages and townships, providing a simulated in-country environment for the training troops. The CAT I Linguistic Role Player (I) depicts the typical villager found in the country of which cultural familiarization is desired. These role players conduct training by escalating and deescalating the environment of the various locations as the US Military personnel conduct their negotiations and tactical movements. In addition, they provide intercultural engagement through language training and cultural awareness.
CAT I Linguistic Role Player II
Our CAT I Linguistic Role Player II assists the operation by providing direct assistance to the US Military personnel through simulated combat translation and interpretation. This is done through linguist escort and interpretation of peace talks, combatant interrogations, psychological warfare, as well as through raw intelligence interpretation and dissemination.
CAT I Linguistic Role Player III
Our CAT I Linguistic Role Player III position is comprised of veteran role players. These role players provide mission support through media services and additional support programs, including TCS’s Leadership Training Program (LTP), which provides military leadership a first glance at the barriers in a foreign environment. These linguist role players provide the customer with culturally accurate information, as well as offer insight into the leadership perspectives of cultural awareness in a global combat environment.
CAT I Tactical Linguistic Role Player (III)
Our CAT I Tactical Linguistic Role Player (III) is a non-foreign language speaker who possesses the training, skills, and knowledge to handle simulated weaponry while impersonating foreign aggressors, insurgent groups, and or terrorist cells. Former special tactics operator who is skilled in the various areas and ways of providing the best possible training to our civilian or military customers. Take assessments and audits to the next level by offering interactive and realistic wargaming scenarios in a safe, controlled environment as insurgent and terrorist cells. Must be able to travel in support of project requirements
Project Manager
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing the entire operation through its various stages: recruitment, security screening, and processing. The PM oversees the wellbeing and safety of all linguist role players and the management staff. Furthermore, the PM is responsible for planning and logistics. The PM is the primary point of contact between TCS and the customer’s Contracting Officer, ensuring smooth performance throughout period of performance.
Deputy Project Manager
The Deputy Project Manager (DPM) is responsible for assisting the PM in the day-to-day operations. In the absence of the PM, the DPM will supervise the operation. Additionally, the DPM oversees the linguists’ payroll and contractual obligations.
Operations/Security Support Manager
The Operations/Security Support Manager (OSM) plays a very important role in an operation. The OSM supports the operation in all administrative, security, and operational matters. The OSM also ensures that there is liaison between our home office and our sites of operation ensuring that all are updated on the current events and issues concerning the operation. Since these specific operations are sensitive in material and in nature, the OSM oversees and implements required security measures. The OSM also ascertains all security matters and ensures that all requirements have been met.
Site Supervisor
This team member manages and is directly responsible for all linguists within the individual villages/townships. In addition, the Site Supervisor is the immediate point of contact linking the linguist role players with the onsite customer personnel. |
