Subject Matter Experts

Recognizing the importance of smooth reconstruction periods in certain war-torn parts of the globe, TCS understands that the need for qualified, experienced, and highly-motivated Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) has rapidly become a top priority. TCS’s method for recruiting SMEs for forward deployment includes an additional focus placed on identifying and hiring them in the most efficient and cost-saving way possible.

Our vast prior experience has refined the three key components to successful SME deployments:

RECRUITING: TCS has a proven track record for identifying qualified, cleared Subject Matter Experts with an established pipeline of SMEs cleared and ready for forward deployment.

RETENTION: TCS boasts high retention rates (average of 98%) of personnel deployed overseas. This is achieved through thorough vetting procedures, adequate training, and deployment support for all personnel. TCS provides the kind of attention its employees and independent contract personnel have come to expect. TCS is proud to offer TCS Cares a to ensure smooth performance of work from all deployed personnel, without the disruption of mid-mission attrition or replacements.

FORWARD DEPLOYMENT: Having extensive experience deploying personnel overseas, TCS already has the processes and personnel in place to enable overseas deployments without the need for a “learning curve.” TCS SMEs are ready to deploy in a moment’s notice. And once overseas, TCS’s in-country experience and know-how will ensure that the SMEs are ready to serve their missions immediately.

SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS

TCS offers SMEs of all education and background from a variety of categories and to provide critical mission support in the continental US and overseas.

Working with such customers as the US Military and State Department, TCS has also supplied highly qualified SMEs with the appropriate Government security clearance on short notice.

TCS has established recruiting and hiring processes to hire SME to perform in what is generally a high tempo environment.

These SMEs are fully aware that their work has a direct impact on our nation’s efforts in the Overseas Contingency Operations in the Middle East and South Asia.

One of the most important factors in the successful execution of any SME-driven program is to maintain a pipeline of pre-qualified, deployable personnel who are available to deploy on a moment’s notice. Such a pipeline is essential to be ready to meet any personnel requirements. With current programs that often require similarly qualified and ready-to-deploy SMEs at a moment’s notice, TCS continually recruits and adds qualified SMEs into its database, whether or not a contract calls for it at that particular time.

TCS pre-screens all SMEs before proposing them for any work under any contract. This pre-screening will ensure all employees are capable of performing the general requirements included in their respective labor category and job description.
